Payments, Shipping and Returns Information

Microform Models, Inc. accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.  We also Accept Payments through PayPal.   The minimum order shipped is $15.00.  Our terms are Net 30 days.  For first time orders, we accept credit cards, PayPal or C.O.D..

We ship Standard UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.  We will ship by Special UPS or Federal Express if requested, and can arrange for Saturday or early morning deliveries.  Please provide shipping address and billing address, if different, and let us know if you are located in a residential or commercial area.  

We ship all regular orders within 48 hours.  However, extremely large orders for complicated items may require additional time.   

Return Policy:  Even though each item is inspected for quality before it is packaged, should you receive a defective piece, we offer a 30 day refund or replacement policy. We will pay return ground shipping costs, but please call us at 877-489-3011 to resolve any issues beforehand.
